Hi inputcoffee, it sounds like you may have not been shown the install flow. Maybe try uninstalling Kite through the Control Panel, redownloading and installing again. (We had an Authenticode certificate issue that is now fixed.) If you don't see the Kite onboarding flow, email me at adam@kite.com and we'll figure out what's going on : ) Thanks for trying Kite.
