For the matter of the Team/Company culture, I'd also add - Do they expect you to come in and merge into a unchanging culture, or would you add to, and change the culture?
- paki123 10y agoDo you find you're able to discern what the team is like? I have to be honest for me at least, that I grew to like my team a whole lot. Granted it says more about me, but I feel like it's kind of difficult to get a reading on the people.
