- hfsktr 10y agoeveryone has a different idea of freely. Does requiring a prescription make something not freely available? What about stores that limit sales (cough syrup or whatever)? Cigarettes/alcohol have age restrictions and I would call them freely available. I took the comment to mean something more along those lines.
