Regulated meters with security seals does provide the assurance... but i'm not saying it is a step forward. I generally defend Uber, but some of their actions I do struggle with.
- jonknee 10y agoUber's receipt gives you a map with times, distances and a breakdown of costs. A taxi meter gives you a total, but it has a seal of approval. I know which one gives me a sense of assurance.
