I've been involved with computers since the early days of Windows 3.1, and if I tally up the number of times I've had to deal with Windows security flaws compared to security flaws on Linux or Macs there's really no doubt at all that Windows is less secure by design, and also more expensive and complex to maintain an adequate level of security.
