If your org has a higher female % than the population it sources its applicants from, would that not raise more suspicions of sexism?
- jredwards 10y agoWe have something akin to an in-house dev bootcamp, and the population we source applicants to that from is a different team at our company that has a pretty good gender balance. But even if that were not the case, I'm inclined to reject your subtle insinuation that gender balance in the field isn't a problem companies should worry about.
