The tech is there to do a rough approximation of a dozen combinations of this. I could imagine an intermediate step where a wire-frame mesh is constructed around the image. As I understand (And I know nothing of this stuff), there was already an app to take a picture of breasts and jiggle them. I think it's just that nobody has put all of the pieces together yet. (Or if they have, the mainstream media hasn't heard about it)
