  There's http://neuralstyle.com/ http://neuralstyle.com/ , based on different code that does a similar thing . It's quite GPU intensive so it takes a while and I think the free options are limited.

            Well, does docker even do CUDA? I wanted to have it run in an isolated container of sorts. Because I still do use the same machine for other stuff.
