In a way overseas students subsidize the education of local american students in exchange of access of job market. It seems like a fair deal to me.

  Just because they pay full tuition doesn't mean domestic students pay less. If anything they are subsidizing the salaries of the people working at the universities.

    Domestic students do pay less. Usually out of state students pay twice what in state ones do.
