That's what happens in Morocco if you like something related to terrorism on Facebook. A bit extreme, yes, but that's how some countries do it. Sure, technically sophisticated enemies know not to like things on Facebook and know to use steganography, but most don't know and those that learn it through terrorist networks have a long vulnerable period where they are malicious but before they become sophisticated.
