- ktta 10y agoI don't think it's viable at the scale of imgur. And I doubt they even have the capacity to screen the images which have been reported <10 times
- sova 10y agoAh, yeah probably not yet at imgur, although tech giants do have this position in house.
- ge96 10y agoFor a week I worked in some random jobs on Amazon Mechanical Turk, this was one job. It was so awkward. It was some social site, I didn't know which, but it asked me "Which of these photos contains babies" and it's so weird to see random people's selfies/photos. These are the types of jobs you get paid cents/task which can take 1/3 of an hour so definitely not something you can make a living doing, but if you were smart and wrote the software to eliminate those jobs then you'd make the money obviously. I'm not a CV god or anything so not gonna happen any time soon ha.
- nkkollaw 10y agoPerhaps I didn't phrase my question correctly, but I meant more malicious scripts (malware) then content (pedophilia).
- ge96 10y agoJust a random thought, you could ask the FBI to borrow the content they seize to train your computer vision systems hahaha. How can you train something to know what CP is without it. Look for this blob of skin, smaller than this blob of skin, where these smaller blobs touch.
