- nerfhammer 10y agoIt's almost as if the GOP hasn't bothered to think through anything beyond demonizing Obama Is the ACA actually good or bad? What's good or bad about it? What would be better? Who cares, we can just tell everyone it's the worst thing ever. If Mitt Romney had been president he would have introduced almost exactly the same plan, since that's exactly what Obamacare was based on, which originated essentially as a GOP plan in the first place. Who cares, we can just tell everyone it's the worst thing ever. Ideas don't matter, the R or D next to your name matters. Obama has a D next to his name so it's the worst thing ever now. Let's hammer on that. Now that they could potentially pass whatever they want? Who cares, we can just... uh... we really gotta do SOMETHING but... maybe it wasn't all bad, whatever I dunno...
