Would this change affect 'anonymous' posters? With KYC legislation anyone with a sufficient amount of followers who was unwilling to be unmasked (via payment trail) would result in removal? I am unfamiliar with the intricacies of the verified account system, so perhaps large anonymous users are already suppressed.
