Yes, but... they were fined for failure to appear, not for any wrongdoing, so no precedent is set (if that's even a concept in T&LC court).

- charlesdm 10y agoThat's interesting. They must, overall, not be getting many complaints then? Or is $1,000 less than what any lawyer to represent them would've cost them?
