Website hosting and freelancing web design/dev, at first its not passive, but over time it becomes passive as clients are able to manage their sites themselves after launch.
- brianwawok 10y agoWhat happens when a site you host breaks when you are out of town or sleeping? How is that passive?
- savethefuture 10y agoWell, good luck finding a 100% passive income, this is close enough for me, I might spend a couple hours a month with clients. Pretty dang close.
- brianwawok 10y ago100% passive income is index funds in the stock market. A few hours a month may be low work residual income.. but not passive.
