Terrible customer service here is undeniable though. Customer support should gain you customers, not lose them. Microsoft needs to address that.

- rsweeney21 10y agoAgreed. However, most large software companies have terrible customer support. Google customer support is legendary...in a bad way. I don't think anyone has figured out how to scale this correctly.
