So you have the same issue with a product over and over again and you still stick to it? Gosh, the dedication to a brand in some people..
- 0942v8653 10y agoI have not found a pair of earbuds this comfortable with decent audio quality. I don't go replace them so often but they are nice earbuds.
- hvass 10y agoGood point but I do get them replaced for free since my iPhone is still in warranty. If I have to pay again, I will probably change.

- danielhooper 10y agoSeems like superior service if you ask me. If you bought a defective product and had a painless return/exchange experience, you probably are going to leave more happy than sour, wouldn't you think?
