Where exactly in the Bay Area could these legally be placed? Do the founders live in the prototypes?
- liseman 10y agoWe live in ours in Oakland. Legality is a complicated topic in our case, but variants will qualify as Accessory Dwelling Units under state-level rules
- jdavis703 10y agoThere was a "colony" of these near my house in Oakland. They were taken down to make room for new development AFAICT, not because they were legally required to do so. There's also a stack of container units across from the MacArthur BART station.
