Not sure you read the article, the last paragraph makes clear that they hope this will help people that are unable to exercise. I guess they are thinking of the elderly or similar. Of course people will interpret it as they wish but this is interesting research, not "vaccines-cause-x" type of research. For those looking for excuses I'm sure they can find plenty of others already.
