- 6nf 10y agoThey pay very little tax in Australia. On about $8 billion in revenue they paid about $80 million in income tax.
- lubos 10y agoThey also paid GST and payroll taxes which would be hundreds of millions. Don't cherry-pick one type of tax as a basis for your argument.
- slantaclaus 10y agoHate to sound like an elitist, but it's funny how countless other companies do this, but Apple gets called out on it. Maybe larger sums of money get the attention of people who are apparently incapable of thinking in terms of ratios and percentages.
