I read somewhere that students who were earlier planning to go to wall street are now heading to IT. That explains the assholes in big shot companies. I got into IT for the sheer love of programming. I am someone who is detail oriented. I have observed "detail oriented" as the key issue I have with the assholes is that they don't care about the details. Their approach is to throw 10 things and see what sticks. They are very impulsive and very impatient.
