"Wait and See" == "Uncertainty". I work for a FTSE100 and nobody in management is talking about it. Nobody. It's head in the sand time as far as we're concerned, although I imagine there's frantic discussions going on upstairs. Tech people are already leaving and not being replaced, I'm ready to quit my six-figures and bail out while the going's relatively good - just have to await my EU spouse getting their residency so we can definitely move back and forth freely.
