Is there a similar status page somewhere for DTS/DCA? I think that's the last of the first generation multichannel audio codecs which is still both widely used and patent encumbered.
- suethemessenger 10y agoThe remaining patents on DTS Core expired last year. http://dts.com/patents/bd-dvd-players http://dts.com/patents/bd-dvd-players lists 4 patents, all expired. (DTS-HD is still patent-encumbered, but DTS-HD content is backward-compatible with DTS Core.)
