I saw it as giving some reasons that people like maintained yards. Not sure that warrants a downvote. Maybe he exaggerated a bit about the rat size. Are you arguing that obeying laws is conforming, and conforming is bad? Or that the law is so obviously flawed that nobody should conform to it?
