- darpa_escapee 10y agoBlack tar is absolutely unheard of where I am from on the east coast and in NYC. From what I've heard, it's pure white powder here. Supposedly purer and sourced from the Middle East.
- base698 10y agoIt's not unheard of in smaller towns of Appalachia and even Charlotte. The larger gangs scared off the black tar purveyors.
