I think right now the answer is no, the controller might work through Bluetooth but the screen doesn't forward. You have to hit a key to change the main output window to show what would be on the controller's screen. I personally always thought the screen on the controller was dumb, I owned a Dreamcast and thought it was annoying then, so it didn't bother me. But you might feel different.
