No offense, but how could you avoid addressing the elephant in the room?

- exolymph 10y agoThey offer you the job before they know if you're going to move or not, so it wouldn't make sense for that to affect the salary, unless you mentioned upfront that you planned to abscond to Iowa or wherever.
