- AnimalMuppet 10y agoNo, not amortized. That's the variable cost only; it's not amortizing the fixed cost at all. Think about a plane that fires missiles, for example. This would be saying that the missile costs $1 million. That's per missile. It's not saying that, after enough missiles, we also have paid for the plane.
