How the hell have you managed to stay sane dealing with it on that scale?
- jhancock 10y agoIts been a rough few months. I thought I had done significant due diligence last year. I read lots of docs, we wrote a bunch of test code and released test fileshare accounts to staff, had around 8 months of trial usage internally before cutting over. Nothing prepared me for the reality of production. Google Docs is doing well. Its Drive that seems not "ready for business". And Google's tech support is very coy. That don't acknowledge these problems when I get them on the phone.
