    mixedCase is likely using HTTPS everywhere which redirects this page to the https version. https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere

      This is correct. On HTTP-only sites I'm not redirected but this site does seem to have HTTPS, just not properly configured for modern browsers.
