I vaguely remember seeing this before but this article was still quite insightful. Definitely feel like tasting a Gros Michel now. If you ever visit India try an Indian carrot (a red carrot), it's incredibly juicy compared with the orange ones I'm used to you get in stores in the UK/USA.
