Oddly enough developers at my last company who were self-taught were consistently better than those that had formal CS education...
- tonyedgecombe 10y agoHiring is full of so many biases, in this industry in particular. Maybe your employer is using that to their advantage by hiring good candidates other people turn away for no good reason.
