A combination of #3, #4 and #8: #3 - I'm very committed to the people and project at my regular job and I like things there too much to want to leave. #4 - my idea will only work with a good web interface. Web gui/design is not where my skills are at the moment. #8 - this is something I want for myself. there's a chance others may want functionality but I know if I don't get the interface right I'll only confuse people and I'll only get one chance at a first impression.
