I left Netflix a few years ago but recently turned it back on, in part because I was confident I would be able to turn it back off with no hassle. In contrast, I grew disenchanted with the New York Times and decided to cancel it. They require a phone call. So then I canceled it and resolved that I would never subscribe to them again.
