While this is certainly a risk, the medical industry has done a prettt good job at making non-cosmetic tech available. If we have the ability to knock out breast cancer or heart disease it'll happen just like polio. Cosmetic stuff will probably always have a $$$ above and beyond "normal" however and I'm fine with that
