I was going to get one the other week. But then got a Nexus One and saw how open and usable Android is. The iPad is just so 'meh'. It's not got a holographic projection screen. It hasn't got flexible rollout OLED screen. It's just a large iPod touch :/ There's nothing really new and 'wow' about it. If I did get one, the kids would use it to do painting on for a bit, then it'd get stuck up on a shelf gathering dust.
