- green7ea 10y agoThat is exactly right. I'm a software engineer in Quebec. I have a degree in software engineering from an engineering school. I even have the option to have a license at which point I could call myself a profesionnal engineer. This is the same in other Canadian provinces but the engineering license is regulated at the provincial level so there are a few diffenrences.
