You're right. However, looking at the Chrome Platform Status page on Web Assembly[0], it says it's enabled by default in Chromium 57.

- judah 10y agoDoing a bit more digging, I just upgraded to Chrome 57, and then checked window.WebAssembly. It's there and apparently functional. Unless it's somehow disabled beyond that, it appears WebAssembly is working in Chrome 57.
