For startupers: How Much does it cost to create an app like Waze
- al2o3cr 10y agoIt requires about 32 development hours to add geolocation and about 35 hours more to design a ride feature. The author comes from the "I can estimate an entire software project with three words of description" school of planning, I see.
- darkroma 10y agohey, thanks for your reply! it was indeed a rough estimate and more about integrating a 3rd-party SDK like Google Direction API. which estimation you think would be more precise generally speaking?

- valexo85 10y agoOne important thing is missed in the article - the cost for a great designer and where to find him. As a big part of Waze's success is it's art and gamification
