I had replied to an earlier thread. In short, moved to town, went to school in town. Touched first PC in University at the age of 21. Alot of the adaptation happened as a kid. I went to school not knowing a word of English. I don't even know how I learnt the language. Kids adapt. They are less self conscious. So I guess every new environment was new for as long as it took to adapt.
