I'm assuming the ebates is a lost cause. I may try to briefly pursue it, but I don't expect them to give me anything. I mean if it goes through properly, I expect that Dell pays some sort of affiliate commission to Ebates and since that won't have happened, they likely won't want to credit me the $.
