I'm a nomad (I change country, city, job, everything about every 2 years). Since my moving around the globe is work-driven (I find a job in a new place and move there), when I arrive in a new city I usually look for a place at most 40 mins public transportation from the office. I'm not a fan of cars: I find them quite inefficient and the idea of driving my butt everyday to and from work fighting with traffic doesn't sounds much appealing when I can doze off on a train :D currently living in London: 25-30 mins door to door and 1 tube change.
