- bobbington 10y agoThe problem is that this turns into women demanding equal pay for inferior work. If their boss thinks they don't do as good work, why should they get paid the same? And who are you to decide how good the person is at working? Experience and education are not the sole determiners of a persons efficiency
- st3v3r 10y agoHow do you know they didn't do as good of work? You and I both know that objectively judging "quality of work" in this industry is extremely difficult, and more often it just comes down to someone's biased opinion.
