Justice Clarence Thomas wouldn't agree with you.
- stinkytaco 10y agoConsidering his decision in Bush v. Gore compared to his other decisions surrounding voting rights and the EPC, I'd say he is not above reproach in the area of consistency. (this could be said of judges on both sides of that case)
