- schmookeeg 10y agoFrankly, all a tech recruiter needs to do to earn a gold star from me is to spell my name right and have a job req that would at least, theoretically, be in the same building as the job that I am actually qualified to do. Bonus Sparkles for it being in the same state that I currently live in. I will squee like a schoolgirl with delight if they deliver the above with coherent English of a 3rd grade level or better and I can parse the point of their Email in a single pass.
