As I've gotten older, I've definitely noticed it's become harder and harder to find jobs. Even contracts have been harder to pick up, the market is really flooded and I've got a in demand skill-set. My solution and best advice is to try and move into a management position. If you're speaking, you're good with presentations and people. You can mentor, and speak to experience without having to keep up with the younger, cheaper generation.
