I know personally I wouldn't be willing to go through this process. $25 means significant opportunity cost for me. If that is three weeks I'm essentially paying $3000+ to interview. The offer waiting on the other end must be really really good. Sounds like a great way to get contractors / consultants for 1/6 the price.
