How do you know it's THE ONE?

How do you know if the idea you're working on is THE ONE? I have a few ideas that excite me - what should I think about when deciding which is THE ONE I should focus on and which I should leave on the back burner? Is it too early to determine at the idea stage whether it could grow into a sustainable business someday?
