I've only ever been to the ones in Portland, Oregon, but I haven't seen any of the quack remedies outside of the homeopathy and nutrition aisle (the same way that Fred Meyer does it). I'd be more inclined to call it 5% of the floor space at most, but maybe there are differences between stores.
