Getting to an Airport in LA is much easier than going up north to where the proposed Hyperloop alignment ends. Endpoint wise, you really aren't going to see much migration in terms of endpoints when it comes to rail, if anything the existing areas surrounding rail stations will clump and develop rapidly, as they have along the Coaster alignment in California, or along the MAX alignment in Portland.
